spark! is operated by Weather Life Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the spark! app.
 

Information We Collect
 

We collect the email address you provide during account creation. We also collect usage data such as which spark cards you complete, your mood check-ins, and notification preferences. This information is stored to personalize your experience.
 

Subscriptions
 

spark! offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment information. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple.
 

Push Notifications
 

If you opt in, we send daily spark nudges via push notification. You can disable these at any time in the app or in your device settings.

Third-Party Services
 

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect certain device and purchase information. You can review their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

spark! is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
