Information Collected Automatically

• Purchase and subscription data — when you subscribe to By Decade: Cocktails, Apple processes your payment. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

• Device information — basic device information such as device type and operating system version may be collected by our analytics and subscription providers to ensure the app functions correctly.

• App usage data — general usage patterns such as which eras and cocktails are viewed may be collected in aggregate to improve the app experience.

4. Data Retention

• Local app data such as saved cocktails and age verification confirmation is stored on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app

• Subscription and purchase records are retained by RevenueCat and Apple according to their respective data retention policies

• We do not maintain a database of personal user information

5. Children's Privacy

By Decade: Cocktails contains alcohol-related content and is intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through our app please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information

Since we collect minimal personal information most of these rights are exercised by simply uninstalling the app, which removes all locally stored data.
